Make it a permanent GC root instead of an indirect GC root.
(initialize-hard-disk): Adjust accordingly.
* guix/scripts/system.scm (install-grub*): Replace use of
'add-indirect-root' by the addition of a permanent GC root in
%GC-ROOTS-DIRECTORY.
