ui: Improve reporting of missing closing parentheses.
Suggested by Ricardo Wurmus.
Works around <https://bugs.gnu.org/28295>.
* guix/ui.scm (report-load-error): Add case for 'read-error'.
* tests/guix-system.sh: Test missing-closing-paren errors.
