build: 'make clean' doesn't delete os-config.tmpl.

* Makefile.am (EXAMPLES): New variable.
(nobase_dist_guilemodule_DATA): Add it.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Remove gnu/system/os-config.tmpl.
