store: 'path-info-deriver' is #f when there is no deriver.
* guix/store.scm (read-path-info): Use #f when we get the empty string
for DERIVER.
* guix/scripts/publish.scm (narinfo-string): Adjust accordingly.
* tests/store.scm ("path-info-deriver"): New test.
