hydra: Increase image sizes for USB image and Flash image.
* build-aux/hydra/gnu-system.scm (qemu-jobs) <usb-image>: Increase from
1024 MiB to 1500 MiB.
<flash-image>: Increase from 1024 MiB to 1500 MiB.
