gexp: Make sure 'gexp-outputs' removes duplicate outputs.
Fixes a regression introduced in f9efe56.
* guix/gexp.scm (gexp-outputs): Add call to 'delete-duplicates'.
* tests/gexp.scm ("output list, combined gexps, duplicate output"): New
test.
