gnu: vm: Add /run/current-system and /bin/sh.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (operating-system-default-contents): Populate
/run/current-system and create /bin/sh.
* gnu/system.scm (operating-system-profile-derivation,
operating-system-profile-directory): New procedures.
(operating-system-derivation): Use it.
