import: cran: Avoid uses of '@@' in the tests.
* guix/import/cran.scm (description->alist, description->package): Export.
<top level>: Set! 'listify'.
* tests/cran.scm (description-alist, "description->package"): Remove use
of '@@' to access the relevant bindings.
