gnu: borg: Update to 1.1.4.
* gnu/packages/backup.scm (borg): Update to 1.1.4.
[source]: Remove obsolete patch. Remove bundled lz4 and zstd.
[inputs]: Add zstd.
[arguments]: Build with input versions of lz4 and zstd.
* gnu/packages/patches/borg-fix-archive-corruption-bug.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
