gnu: pixman: Update to 0.32.8.
* gnu/packages/xdisorg.scm (pixman): Update to 0.32.8.
* gnu/packages/patches/pixman-pointer-arithmetic.patch: Remove.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
