gnu: openmpi: Remove "static" output.
--enable-static removes dynamically-loaded MCA components.
* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (openmpi)[outputs]: Remove field.
[arguments]: Don't configure with --enable-static; remove
'move-static-libraries' phase.
