gnu: Use HTTPS for elpa.gnu.org.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-xr, emacs-orgalist, emacs-websocket) (emacs-oauth2, emacs-ediprolog)[home-page]: Use HTTPS. (emacs-ggtags, emacs-rudel, emacs-on-screen)[source]: Likewise. (emacs-adaptive-wrap, emacs-seq, emacs-sml-mode)[source, home-page]: Likewise.
