gnu: dovecot: Use libsodium.
This adds support for ARGON2I and ARGON2ID password hashing in exchange
for a <1% increase in closure size.
* gnu/packages/mail.scm (dovecot)[inputs]: Add libsodium.
(dovecot-libsodium-plugin)[description]: Note its use.
