gnu: libarchive: Fix test failure on SELinux systems.

* gnu/packages/patches/libarchive-bsdtar-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/backup.scm (libarchive)[source]: Use it.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
