gnu: Emit a warning when a package module cannot be loaded.
* guix/ui.scm (warn-about-load-error): New procedure.
* gnu/packages.scm (package-modules): Wrap 'resolve-interface' call in
'catch #t', and call 'warn-about-load-error' in handler.
