system: Honor ~/.config/guix/current in /etc/profile.
* gnu/system.scm (operating-system-etc-service)[profile]: Add ~/.config/guix/current/share/info to INFOPATH. Treat ~/.guix-profile and ~/.config/guix/current in the same way.
