services: urandom-seed: Credit the entropy added to the PRNG.
Partly fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/37501>.

* gnu/services/base.scm (urandom-seed-shepherd-service): In 'start'
method, add calls to 'add-to-entropy-count'.
