services: xorg: Make 'xorg-configuration-file' public.
* gnu/services/xorg.scm (xorg-configuration-file): New procedure, with code
formerly in 'xorg-start-command'.
(xorg-start-command): Remove #:drivers and #:resolutions; add
#:configuration-file; use it as well as 'xorg-configuration-file'.
