gnu: exim: Fix CVE-2017-16943.
* gnu/packages/patches/exim-CVE-2017-16943.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/mail.scm (exim)[source]: Use it.
