gnu: Add telegram-purple.
* gnu/packages/messaging.scm (telegram-purple): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/telegram-purple-adjust-test.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. Co-authored-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
