gnu: ncbi-vdb: Only build on i686 and x86_64.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (ncbi-vdb)[supported-systems]: Only
build on i686 and x86_64.
[arguments]: Add mandatory "-msse2" flag to CFLAGS.
