gnu: GnuPG 1.4: Update to 1.4.23.
* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (gnupg-1): Update to 1.4.23. [source]: Remove patch. * gnu/packages/patches/gnupg-1.4-CVE-2018-12020.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
