gnu: http-parser: Fix build [and guix pull] on armhf-linux.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (http-parser)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/http-parser-fix-assertion-on-armhf.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
