gnu: ghostscript: Remove graft for 9.22.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghostscript-CVE-2017-8291.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/ghostscript.scm (ghostscript): Update to 9.22.
[replacement]: Remove field.
[source](patches): Remove 'ghostscript-CVE-2017-8291.patch'.
(ghostscript-9.22): Remove variable.
