gnu: sharutils: Fix CVE-2018-1000097.
* gnu/packages/patches/sharutils-CVE-2018-1000097.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it. * gnu/packages/compression.scm (sharutils)[source](patches): Use it.
