gnu: libxslt: Update to 1.1.34.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (libxslt): Update to 1.1.34.
[arguments]: Add phase to disable fuzz tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxslt-generated-ids.patch: Adjust for upstream
changes.
