gnu: eid-mw: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/security-token.scm (eid-mw)[arguments]: Move the
‘bootstrap’ phase to after ‘unpack’. Modify it to run without errors,
and call upstream's bootstrap.sh script instead of our own copy.
