gnu: mrustc: Clean up.
* gnu/packages/rust.scm (mrust)[native-inputs]: Remove zlib.
[inputs]: Remove llvm. Add zlib.
[arguments]<#:make-flags>: Remove LLVM_CONFIG. Add RUSTC_TARGET.
[patch-date]: Modify.
[unpack-target-compiler]: Modify.
[configure]: Add CXX.
[build-minicargo]: Modify.
[install]: Install run_rustc.
