gnu: libxkbcommon: Move to (gnu packages xdisorg).
* gnu/packages/qt.scm (libxkbcommon): Move to...
* gnu/packages/xdisorg.scm (libxkbcommon): ... here. New variable.
* gnu/packages/wm.scm, gnu/packages/gnome.scm,
gnu/packages/games.scm: Adjust accordingly.
