gnu: Add Luminance HDR.
* gnu/packages/image-viewers.scm (luminance-hdr): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/luminance-hdr-qt-printer.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
