gnu: openexr: Update to 2.3.0.
* gnu/packages/graphics.scm (openexr): Update to 2.3.0.
[source](uri): Change to new download location.
[source](snippet): Remove workaround.
[source](patches): Remove.
* gnu/packages/patches/openexr-missing-samples.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
