gnu: mesa: Use llvm backend for Intel hardware only.
* gnu/packages/gl.scm (mesa)[inputs]: Only use llvm for i686-linux and
x86_64-linux.
[arguments]: Only pass '--enable-gallium-llvm' to 'configure on
i686-linux and x86_64-linux.
