gnu: mariadb: Remove some bundled libraries.

* gnu/packages/databases.scm (mariadb)[source](snippet, modules): New fields.
[arguments]: Add explicit #:configure-flags for system libraries.  Add
'unbundle' phase.  Remove 'pre-configure' phase.
[inputs]: Add SNAPPY and XZ.
