gnu: python-pytest: Run the tests again.
"python setup.py test" is ineffective since 3.6.x. The circle is complete.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pytest)[arguments]: Override 'check' phase.
[native-inputs]: Add PYTHON-PYTEST-BOOTSTRAP.
