gnu: python-lit: Really fix test suite.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-lit)[arguments]: In CHECK-PHASE, use lit to
test itself, as described in README.txt.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-PYTEST. Add LLVM.
