gnu: python-freezegun: Update to 0.3.12.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-freezegun): Update to 0.3.12.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-NOSE and PYTHON-COVERAGE. Add PYTHON-PYTEST.
[arguments]: Use "pytest" instead of "nosetests" for running tests.
