gnu: calcurse: Used the "fixed" test-only tzdata for tests.
* gnu/packages/calcurse.scm (calcurse)[inputs]: Remove tzdata and add ...
[native-inputs]: tzdata-2017a.
[arguments]: Add tzdata-2017a to #:disallowed-references.
