gnu: boost: Re-enable context and coroutine libraries on MIPS.
* gnu/packages/boost.scm (boost)[arguments]: Remove the extra make-flags
"--without-context", "--without-coroutine", and "--without-coroutine2" that
were previously added on mips64 systems.
