gnu: miso: Install executables.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (miso)[source]: Patch "setup.py" to use "setuptools" so that executables are built. * gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (miso)[native-inputs]: Add "python2-mock" and "python2-pytz".
