vm: Re-enable KVM on i386.
The workaround is apparently no longer needed with Linux-libre 4.19.2
in the host.
* gnu/build/vm.scm (load-in-linux-vm): Remove special case for
"qemu-system-i386", thereby re-enabling KVM.
