emacs: Add and use 'guix-while-search'.
* emacs/guix-utils.el (guix-while-search): New macro.
* emacs/guix-pcomplete.el (guix-pcomplete-run-guix-and-search): Use it.
* emacs/guix-prettify.el (guix-prettify-decompose-buffer): Likewise.
