refresh: Add '--type' option.
* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (%options, show-help): Add --type. (lookup-updater): New procedure. (update-package): Add 'updaters' parameter and honor it. (guix-refresh)[options->updaters]: New procedure. Use it, and honor --type.
