system: Add 'label' field to <operating-system>.
* gnu/system.scm (<operating-system>)[label]: New field.
(operating-system-default-label): New procedure.
(operating-system-boot-parameters): Use it instead of
'kernel->boot-label'.
* doc/guix.texi (operating-system Reference): Document it.
