pull: '--url', '--commit', and '--branch' apply to the 'guix' channel.
Suggested by pkill9 <pkill9@runbox.com>.
* guix/scripts/pull.scm (channel-list): Apply REF and URL to the 'guix'
channel.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix pull): Adjust accordingly.
