pack: Add "none" compressor.
* guix/scripts/pack.scm (%compressors): Add compressor "none"; prepend
extension with ".".
(self-contained-tarball, docker-image): Assume compressor extensions start
with period.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix pack): Document it.
