git: Add a 'recursive?' field to <git-checkout> records.
* guix/git.scm (<git-checkout>)[recursive?]: New field.
(latest-repository-commit*): Add #:recursive? and honor it.
(git-checkout-compiler): Honor the 'recursive?' field of CHECKOUT.
