services: xorg: Add 'set-xorg-configuration'.
* gnu/services/xorg.scm (gdm-service-type)[compose, extend]: New fields.
(set-xorg-configuration): New procedure.
* doc/guix.texi (Keyboard Layout): Use it.
(X Window): Document it.
* gnu/system/examples/desktop.tmpl: Add 'keyboard-layout' fields.
