gnu: ecl: Do not compile the deprecated MIT-RT.
Compiling the rt bundled with ECL prevents the ecl-rt package from compiling
properly, as ECL thinks it has already been compiled.
* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (ecl)[arguments]: Add '--without-rt' to
'configure-flags'.
