gexp: Add 'lower-object'.
* guix/gexp.scm (lower-object): New procedure.
(lower-inputs, lower-references, gexp->sexp): Use it.
* tests/gexp.scm ("lower-object"): New test.
* doc/guix.texi (G-Expressions): Document it.
