guix environment: Add --ad-hoc option.
* guix/scripts/environment.scm (%options): Add "ad-hoc" option.
(show-help): Display help for "--ad-hoc".
(packages+propagated-inputs): New procedure.
(guix-environment): Create ad hoc environment when asked.
* doc/guix.texi ("invoking guix environment"): Document it.
